Suglo Suhudoo Enterprise was registered on February 18, 2015, as a Sole Proprietorship under the Business Names Act, 1962 (No. 151). While our primary focus is as a for-profit organization, we are deeply committed to non-profit activities in northern Ghana, recognizing the vital importance of supporting the most deprived regions of the country. Our core operations include processing and packaging Shea butter for export and domestic markets. Shea butter is also a key input for some of our other products. We actively organize, train, and finance rural women's groups to purchase high-quality Shea nuts directly from local pickers. We promote the use of best-known methods for processing Shea nuts into butter, ensuring the product is free from harmful chemicals and toxins, thereby supporting community health and sustainable practices. In addition, we process groundnuts into snacks, groundnut oil, and groundnut paste, further diversifying our product offerings and creating economic opportunities for local farmers and communities. Our mission is to deliver high-quality products while fostering sustainable development and empowering local women and farmers.
